The Fitness Box (Ramadan Timings)

Sahtak Awalan – Your Health First launched ‘The Fitness Box’, an innovative new concept in health, in cooperation with the Ministry of Municipality – Public Parks Department. Come along and try out a free Fitness Box class! Below are the Ramadan timings:

Education City

  • Sunday to Wednesday from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm and then 8:30 pm until 11:30 pm
  • Saturday from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm and then 8:30 pm until 11:30 pm
  • Bootcamp sessions with trainer: 2 x per week (Sun & Tue) 9:30-11pm, 45 minutes per session – 2 sessions per day

Old airport

  • Every day  from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm and then 8:30 pm until 11:30 pm
  • Bootcamp sessions with trainer: 4 x per week (Sun-Wed) 9:30-11pm, 45 minutes per session – 2 sessions per day

Al Rayyan park

  • Every day from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm and then 8:30 pm until 11:30 pm
  • Bootcamp sessions with trainer: 4 x per week (Sun-Wed) 9:30-11pm, 45 minutes per session – 2 sessions per day
