This dressing is perfect for the Asian Spinach & Chicken Salad with Tangerines recipe, but it would also work well on an Asian-inspired pasta salad or in a chicken sandwich wrap with tender greens.

  • 3 tablespoons fresh ginger chopped
  • 3/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest

1. Combine all the ingredients, except the zest, in a blender and blend to emulsify.
2. Stir in the orange zest.
