Are you in a rush every morning and don’t know what to eat? This quick recipe will keep you fueled for your morning, nourish your body and save you time. Overnight oats is a healthy, cost-effective, and sustainable breakfast option for busy mornings.

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • ¾ cup chia seeds
  • Sweetener of choice (optional)
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Peanut butter 1tbsp (optional)
  • Honey (option) 1tbsp

  1. Take 1 cup of oats, 1 cup of milk and chia seeds and combine into a glass or mason jar. You may add honey, cinnamon, or peanut butter if you’d like to taste.
  2. Keep in fridge overnight.
  3. The next morning, take out of fridge. You can warm it before adding toppings for a more oatmeal feeling, or you may consume cold.
  4. Add healthy toppings like strawberries, bananas or apples for the extra sweet punch!
